Sabrina believes that each person has a unique set of experiences that informs the way they relate to themselves and others. She is dedicated to understanding your unique story to gain insight into what may be keeping you feeling stuck or causing suffering. Sabrina takes a warm, relational approach to therapy, characterized by compassionate curiosity, gentle ways of challenging clients, and sprinkles of humor along the way.

Using a collaborative, person-centered framework, Sabrina personalizes the therapy experience to what works best for you. She is passionate about helping clients explore patterns in their lives, past and present, to better understand themselves, their relationships, and ultimately progress toward a better quality of life.

Sabrina provides individual therapy to adults using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and mindfulness practices.

Sabrina has experience working with clients navigating a range of concerns, including depression and anxiety, relationship and family concerns, ADHD and neurodivergence, life transitions, body image, sexuality, and stress management. No matter the concern, Sabrina is dedicated to helping clients connect with their core selves and build confidence in their ability to live a full and meaningful life.
