Rachel Whisney, MA

Rachel is an empathetic, non-judgemental, passionate therapist who leads with curiosity and seeks to go on the journey of discovery with her clients (she’ll bring the flashlight). She leads with a laid back personality filled with humor and is not afraid to challenge/encourage her clients and families when they need it. Rachel’s style leans towards direct and honest while allowing her clients to be authentic and feel safe. She believes that everyone could benefit from therapy during different chapters of their lives and she loves being able to help others through it.

Rachel has over 14 years of experience in the mental health field working with children as young as 6 and adults of all ages. She has vast experience with many different mental health diagnoses and enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. Rachel has a unique ability to connect with people of all different backgrounds and loves learning new things everyday! In her downtime, Rachel loves going fishing, being out in nature, traveling, spending time with her loved ones, trying new things, and singing.
