Hello & welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced working with diverse clientele in a variety of settings. An important part of my work is understanding how the systems we interact with shape our mental health and well being, and how these experiences can vary among individuals. I am currently open to adult clients, and my goal is to create a safe and non-judgemental space supporting individuals of any race, identity, orientation, or religion. I take a client led approach to my work which is rooted in evidence based practices. I am most experienced in CBT & DBT. My goal is that in our sessions you feel safe being honest and vulnerable, and you leave our sessions feeling validated and supported. I look forward to hearing from you.
