Lauren Nievinski, PA-C

Lauren is a board certified Physician Assistant that specializes in psychiatry. Lauren completed her PA training at Bethel University in Minnesota, and her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University (Go Green!). Lauren has been working as a psychiatric PA since 2018.

Lauren works with adults seeking psychiatric medication management. Lauren is excited to continue caring for her current patients at Vantage Mental Health as well as new patients! Mental health can be a tough subject to talk about, and Lauren wants to make this an easy and comfortable process! She truly enjoys getting to know her patients first to then come up with a treatment plan best for them; whether that is addition of medication or other mental health services often avoiding use of controlled medications. Lauren also finds several other pillars important to focus on in improving our mental health such as diet, exercise, supplementation and social support to reach optimal health and wellness. 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, cooking and spending time with her family and friends!
