Krystle Holliday, MA

I provide child and family-focused therapy, including parenting support, as well as guidance and exploration of family systems needs. Families open to learning new strategies to support the overall well-being and development of their child(ren). I also provide support navigating general life challenges.

My approach is one of collaboration, where you are the expert! I will partner with you in exploring challenges and solutions in ways that are not only helpful but meaningful in the ways that you need them to be. I will work with you to develop a plan to address identified goal areas. I am available for both in person and virtual sessions.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my close friends and family, travel (waking up to the ocean is my fave!!), and pretend I have my own show on the food network in my kitchen!!
