Hey you! If you're on our page you're likely ready to take that first step towards getting help. That's a big deal! And now comes another hard part- actually picking a therapist. While I can't do that for you, I can tell you that I specialize in working with adults (18+), couples (monogamous and polyamorous), trauma, neurodivergence, mood disorders, personality disorders (I see you BPD baddies!), burnout, and the overall stress of being a human in a challenging world. I am passionate about working with folks who are Queer, trans, and/or in the process of exploring their gender or sexuality.

 My practice is a space free of judgement. I take a holistic approach that is trauma informed and client centered. While therapy is a place to explore challenging emotions and experiences, it is also a space where we can celebrate wins. Everyone is inherently resilient, skillful, and wise- sometimes we just need a little help to see that.

 I will always go at your pace. I am not in the business of pushing people or forcing change if you are not ready to do so. I will, however, be honest and challenge you as necessary. If you think we could be a good fit, and you don't mind some humor and cussing, I encourage you to reach out!
