I believe that your unique identity and background hold great influence and are a vital part of understanding who you are, and how you relate to the world around you. My hope is to meet you exactly where you are, and walk with you toward healing in a warm, accepting space where you feel safe. People from all spaces and lifestyles are welcome. 

I enjoy working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and loss. As a therapist, my work is rooted in a person-centered approach, which includes a blend of empathy, mindfulness, cognitive, dialectical, and trauma-informed therapy. I look forward to learning more about you as we explore what healing can look and feel like. 

My personal approach is laid-back, mixed with humor and encouragement. We can collaborate to find the right style for you in our sessions, as I truly believe you are the expert on you.
